The following cancellation terms apply based on your country of residence or where you access the Website from.

For Customers Outside Europe

You may cancel your paid subscription to Czech VR at any time.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you may:

Please refer to your billing confirmation email from Epoch / Verotel /CCBill when contacting support, as it contains your username, Member ID, or Purchase ID.

Timing of Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided in our Terms of Service (https://www.czechvr.com/legal-terms-of-service).

Confirmation

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. We recommend retaining this confirmation for your records.

 

For Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, because Czech VR provides immediate access to digital content and digital services upon purchase, you are required during checkout to:

• expressly request immediate access to the subscription; and
• acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the paid digital content or services begins.

By providing this consent, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal after accessing any paid features of your subscription.

Information regarding your statutory right of withdrawal and its application to your purchase will also be included in the welcome email sent after your registration.

Effect of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period before accessing any paid digital content or subscription features, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you have accessed any paid content or subscription features after providing your express consent, your statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies, and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation After the Withdrawal Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the withdrawal period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No future recurring payments will be charged after cancellation. Payments already made are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
